Buying Imported Cheap Tires

Filed Under Imported Cheap Tires |

Finding cheap tires whether online or from a high street shop is not easy. Not everyday that we can find a price drop for tires be it motorcycle tires, ATV tires, dirt tires or light truck tires. If you’re lucky, you might strike a deal or two throughout the year. Well this is not a problem if you only own one motorcycle for example since chances are you don’t need to buy a new set of tires for a long time. If you don’t use your vehicle a lot and don’t travel long distance often, finding cheap tires is not a big issue for you.

However for those who own more than one vehicle and use them a lot everyday, you might need to change the tires quite often. Depending on the type of vehicle, the cost might not be pleasing at all, and that is just for one vehicle. Therefore, there is absolutely an urgent need to find cheap tire offers on the Net or on your local stores. Some might opt to buying cheap tires from oversea suppliers. I’m not against this idea but there are some issues that you need to be extra careful with in order to get the most out of the deal.

First of all, there are a lot of scams out there. Buying from oversea suppliers means you don’t get a chance to physically pay a visit to the supplier’s office to verify their existence. You have to decide based on people’s review (if available) and your instinct. So first of all, you have to verify that the person you are dealing with really has the item, has a real and legit company and not just another scammers trying to get your money for nothing.

Then you have to check whether the so called cheap tires are genuine (if you’re buying a branded ones). People can easily put up a photo of branded tires on sale but when the tires arrived, it’s just another fake brand. No wonder they are so cheap! Then you have to check the specifications really carefully; things like rim size, tread pattern, tread depth and so on. Sometimes they don’t specify them so you have to ask the suppliers about the details. Make sure to check and don’t just buy because of the cheap tag price

Last but certainly not the least is the postage and packaging cost incurred for the transaction. Sometimes you thought you’ve bought yourself a pair of really cheap tires when in fact, you’re paying the same price as those bought locally, maybe more. Don’t get ripped off by the postage cost. Be a smart costumer and do your research before paying your money for your cheap tires deal.
